My hobby is electronic Percussion. (Drums.) I now live in Nashville Tennessee (Madison) and wonder where my classmates are from East Nashville and Hume Fogg Technical and Vocational High School. I am divorced and have one daughter and two Grandaughters. Where are the Blue Devils now? Please contact me if you know anything about anybody or if you just want to talk. I miss you all and wish you well. - Jim jimebruce@aol.com |
| About
My School Life In those days we were the Hume Fogg Tech Blue Devils and proud of it. We were NOT the Blue Knights. I studied industrial Electronics and was active in the T & I club, student council, Red Cross, and played drums in various bands including the "Shifters", The Mad Tea Party and Billy Osbourne and the Tracers. I would like to hear from all of you. Especially Linda Sue (Angel) Scoggins. If anyone knows of her, please contact me. (Thanks) About My Career I am retired from an Electronics career as a Compliance Test Engineer for a Robotics company in Mountain View Ca. I still play drums and do some studio work. I like to play my Electronic Drums whenever possible. My daughter Persia (Bruce) Wirth is Married and working on her second College degree at San Jose State. |
| Who was the most famous
person you've ever met? Little Richard. At the Whiskey A-Go-Go, in Atlanta circa 1969. My Guitar player (Jimmy Lewis) and I got to set in with Richard's band while he was on break. We went to his Hotel after hours and talked until dawn. (My band and I) Billy Osborn and the Tracers. (Really) - Jim My Life Now To all my Hume Fogg Tech buddies, class mates, friends and family out there, I hope you like my web site. I plan to post all the yearbooks I can. Enjoy, and tell me if you like it. Peace, man. Jim Bruce class of 1966 humefoggtech.com |
